One Time Product License with Maintenance

The Product license is non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.

You can cancel your maintenance subscription any time via your Capslock Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Refunds and Ownership Rights Mid-Project

Our payments are structured to match our work sprints (2-3 weeks long based on the nature of the project) where the client pays for a sprint in advance. This is in place to ensure that the client is involved in the production of their custom software/website during its production. This service cannot be canceelled while still in development.
